Diagnostics
Team Connectivity
Our Team Connectivity diagnostic is a ready-made targeted "health check" of a team's capacity and culture
Specifically, a Team Connectivity assessment is a strategic scan of four (4) key drivers of engagement and discretionary effort; being a Team’s Strategic Direction, Capability, Opportunity to Influence and Connectedness as shown here.
It is particularly relevant for leaders looking to better understand the strengths and opportunities in each of these contributing domains as they progress their high performance ambitions.
Team Scanner
Our Team Scanner diagnostic facilitates a deeper dive assessment into the daily habits or routines that constitute your team’s behaviour.
The purpose of exploring routines isn’t to determine the one “right” way of operating; rather, it’s to agree on a consistent set of routines that will be most relevant and beneficial to each team.
With the Scanner, we are able to inform that choice by directing team members and leaders to some 50 indicative routines spanning 8 dimensions or behavioural domains of a team’s operations.
Behavioural Dynamics
Our Behavioural Dynamics diagnostic facilitates a deeper enquiry into the culture, relationship dynamics and behaviours that exist in the workplace.
Such assessments are an important part of an employer’s governance regime and provides an opportunity for employees to share their experiences of respectful and disrespectful behaviour, their perspectives on the effectiveness of an enterprise’s policies and Code of Conduct, and any other comments relevant to their and others personal safety or wellbeing.
Employee Engagement
Our Employee Engagement diagnostic captures feedback on employees’ experiences and observations at the workplace.
Think of this as the base standard in employee feedback where feedback cycles are conducted every 1-2 years.
Our particular diagnostic is designed to gather specific insights related to employees' perceptions of their role, their relationships with peers, management and leadership, work practices and areas, and the quality of life within the organisation as shown here.
Leadership Effectiveness
The diagnostic we use for measurement of effective leadership is the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQPlus) Leadership Assessment tool.
The MLQPlus utilises the Full Range Leadership Model (FRLM) shown here and offers a range of assessment options including 360s; 180s; Self; Team, and Enterprise assessments.
The MLQPlus is one the most rigorously researched and independently validated leadership behavioural models available, and includes Rater perceptions as to the leader's impact on them by way of their personal effectiveness, satisfaction and level of discretionary effort.
Behavioural Maturity
Our Behavioural Maturity diagnostic depicts four (4) maturity levels of behaviour and practice across seven (7) organisation levers shown here.
The levers have been adopted from recognised excellence frameworks including the Baldridge Awards and Business Excellence Framework, so is beneficial in providing a roadmap to high performance and facilitating an enquiry into the inter-dependences that exist across the levers, and the differing levels of maturity that are evident in the workplace
