Giving Clients a Systems Boost
In some cases, sustainable performance calls for an internal management system that can continue to be refined and developed over time. This is particularly the case of repetitive or routine engagements that need to be managed well and with an eye to overcoming traditional, often longstanding frustrations.
Our suite of Enterprise Solutions help kick-start these agendas; best to think of each of these as a comprehensive guidelines and templates that have universal application to specific agendas and can be utilised immediately by internal advisers. We currently offer five (5) such solutions (read on) with each one being available under its own subscription fee arrangement.

Connected Leadership (Video Series)
Context
We understand that whilst managers at all levels play important "people leadership" roles, gaps will exist in how individuals navigate their core people management challenges. In part, this is due to the fact that managers operate in isolation and/or to their personal strengths and preferences but it is equally due to the fact that there is often an absence of a clear set of leadership guidance.
Our Solution
It is here that our Workplace Leaders video series can assist.
Our video series is anchored in core accountabilities performed by workplace leaders and is an alternate to the large-scale leadership quest offerings we deliver, so it remains an effective option for internal HRBPs to coach to the core or essential development requirements.
The Video series comprises 8 modules (competency domains) that are well-recognised leadership "hotspots". Each module comprises a facilitator induction video; a participant video explainer for each module and one or more of the Program's 16 coaching tip-sheets/templates.
Tell Me More
Connected Leadership video series is an alternate development option to participation in our primary Connected Leadership quests. It is designed for internal deployment from your HR Advisors or Learning Consultants following completion of a short induction program run by us. In all cases, the development that managers will receive will reliably increase the engagement and performance of employees.

Enterprise Agreement Navigator
Context
Despite the fact that many employers have had long histories navigating workplace relations challenges, what we witness time and time again is that internal advisors and managers working under unnecessary pressure and effort simply because there is no defined enterprise system for co-ordinating bargaining let alone managing the integrity of enterprise agreements or working towards more productive forms of workplace relations or industrial collaboration.
Our Solution
We refer to it as our EA Navigator, and it's a solution that equips internal employee relations advisors with the essential guidance they need to prepare for and co-ordinate a bargaining cycle as well as handle the practical side of "in-the-room" bargaining. The EA Navigator comprises both a comprehensive set of guidelines and some 8 additional templates to support the work of EA Advisors and Bargaining teams.
Tell Me More
Our EA Navigator also offers the basis of further practical guidance clients need for dealing with union representatives, resolving issues, and exploring ways to transform relationships and results away from very transactional, often overly legalistic approaches.

Process Improvement & Redesign
Context
Excellence requires employees be given both the accountability and opportunity to review, innovate and improve their work processes.
At its core, this involves a introducing both an expectation and discipline where employee ideas are proposed, reviewed, tested, measured, evaluated and, if appropriate, incorporated as the new standard as part of the ongoing continuous improvement agenda.
Our Solution
Here we offer a Process Re-design toolkit which comprises a practical set of guidelines and some 10 templates to enable local re-design efforts.

Project Governance
Context
Project work attracts different considerations and challenges for enterprises and project leaders to the daily grind of business as usual.
For example, a project leader must master the balance of task and process, budgets and people, strategy and tactics, planning and management and seldom has the luxury of doing one thing at a time.
Solution
Our Project Management toolkit is designed for enterprises looking to adopt a standard approach from which their project leaders and teams can operate. The toolkit comprises a comprehensive set of guidelines and some 5-6 templates that can be adapted for use at each step in the project management management cycle.
Tell Me More
To be clear, our toolkit helps establish a common vocabulary and governance approach (being the 5-Step approach shown here). This five-step approach represents a set of minimum standards only and is considered relevant to supporting effective decision-making in and around organisation and business improvement activities.
